Shine Everywhere Circles are small, supportive Zoom gatherings for coordinators, teachers, and pastors who want to equip parents to use Shine’s at-home materials: Family Storybook, Flicker Magazine and Ignite Devotional.

What Are Shine Everywhere Circles?
Shine Everywhere Circles are one-hour Zoom meetings where leaders gather to share ideas, gain encouragement, and develop practical strategies for strengthening connections between church and home.
Each gathering includes:
- A brief time of scripture and prayer
- Sharing practical ideas you can use right away
- Learning from others who have similar goals
- Insights from what has worked in the past
- Clear, actionable next steps to take with you
These circles are highly interactive and rooted in real-life family ministry.
How It Works
Each circle is intentionally small to allow for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and personalized support.
- 6–8 participants per circle, facilitated by Shana Boshart
- Two meetings per season, one several weeks before and one several weeks after the season begins
- Offered with the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons
- New groups each season—join once or register for multiple seasons
Who Should Participate?
Shine Everywhere Circles are designed for congregational leaders, including:
- Faith formation pastors or directors
- Sunday school superintendents
- Children’s ministry leaders
- Teachers
- Volunteers in leadership roles
Up to two leaders from your church may participate.
