Apply to do a listening project

Who: Pastors who want to design a listening project in their congregation to learn what parents want from the congregation with regard to their children’s faith formation.

Meet with Shana to tailor a listening project to your church. Shana will help you decide what questions to ask parents, in what way (e.g., a meeting, individual interviews, a survey, etc.), how you will communicate about it, and how to follow up.

Lay leaders with responsibility for faith formation ministry are also welcome to apply.

There is no application deadline; apply and begin anytime.
